To exercise any of these rights, email customer.surveys@qoyod.com stating the email address you entered in the survey, the survey name (shown at the top of the survey page), the date you answered, and the action you want. Your request is valid only when the email includes all of this information.

Use of data. Any information collected during a survey is used only for the purpose of the survey and to improve your experience with Qoyod. Your responses are not directly linked to your personal identification information (such as personal name, company name, job title, email, and phone number), as responses are reported at the aggregate level.

Sale of data. Qoyod does not sell your personal information. Survey responses are collected and processed through a third-party system, but the data collected is proprietary to Qoyod and is never shared with other parties. The third-party system never shares your personal data with anyone.

Contacting individuals. To contact you for further information about your survey, to improve your experience, or to process any request regarding your responses (sharing, correction, removal, or withdrawal from processing), we may share your responses and personal identification information (name, job title, company name, email, and phone number) with our internal staff. This happens only if you consent during the survey, or to carry out one of the requests above. Otherwise, your personal identification information is not disclosed to the internal team.
