  • Group registration service for value-added tax: It is intended for two or more legal persons residing in the Kingdom and who meet the legal conditions for registration as a group, and they are treated as one person in everything related to value-added tax purposes without prejudice to the joint responsibility of all members of the group after their request is approved:
  1. Fill out the registration form with all the required information and data.
  2. Wait until a notification arrives for the tax certificate when the request is completed. The certificate contains the tax number for the establishment, individual, or group.

2: Registration for excise goods tax

Establishments can verify the tax number after obtaining it when registering for the excise goods tax, which is specific to establishments that produce, import, or possess goods that are harmful to the environment or public health, such as fizzy drinks, soft drinks, energy drinks, electronic smoking devices, liquids. in which they are used, and tobacco products. Registration for excise goods tax is done by following the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority website.
  2. Click on the Electronic Services menu.
  3. Choose Zakat, tax, and customs services.

  5. Select (excise goods tax).
  6. Choose (excise tax registration service).
  7. Submit the application and fill out the forms.
  8. Wait until you receive a notification when the order is completed.
