Account Statement

Account Statement:

It is a report that shows the financial status of a certain account specified by the user. It is either a debtor or a creditor according to the operations that have been performed on this account. Additionally, organizations are able to view the statements of their customers and vendors..

You can view the account statement through “Reports” > “Account Statement”.

Determine the “Account Name”, and then, through the “Filter” option, choose the account for which you wish to view the statement. 

Example: 

From the “Account Name” drop-down list, select “Accounts Payable”. Then, select “Vendors” from the “Filter Type” drop-down list.
